Welcome to the Ellmore Consultancy technical support site. This site is for customers and clients of the Ellmore Consultancy, Ellmore Apps & Otus.
We can accept support requests from companies who are not current customers, please be aware this is charged, if you are not a current client a quote will be sent on submitting a ticket.
We are UK based and support is open during normal business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, however support ticket are continually vetted and requests we consider urgent may be worked on outside normal business hours.
The ticket system is handled in a first come first served basis and should you open a ticket please check your email regularly for updates, especially one that is marked urgent as we may need more information.
