Welcome to the Ellmore Consultancy technical support site. This site is for customers and clients of the Ellmore Consultancy, Ellmore Apps & Otus.

We can accept support requests from companies who are not current customers, please be aware this is charged, if you are not a current client a quote will be sent on submitting a ticket.

We are UK based and support is open during normal business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, however support ticket are continually vetted and requests we consider urgent may be worked on outside normal business hours.

The ticket system is handled in a first come first served basis and should you open a ticket please check your email regularly for updates, especially one that is marked urgent as we may need more information.

We recommend that you do not call the office number or Dan's Mobile to raise a tech support issue, phone calls made direct to support take precedence but will be charged at a minimum of £1.00 per minute (£25 minimum). Emails sent to This email address is being protected from spambots.
