  • Hosting and email package - £40 per year for:
  1. Up to 5 email addresses
  2. 500MB of web space
  3. 1GB bandwidth (per month)

 

eCommerce Website Package

Our eCommerce package includes:

  • Domain name registration - £12 for 2 years for all '.co.uk' domains and £50 for 2 years for all '.com' domains.
  • The design and build of bespoke eCommerce website to suit your business needs - £1000 - £1500 subject to scale of your online shop.
  • Hosting and email package - £150 per year for:
  1. Up to 25 email addresses
  2. Unlimited web space
  3. Unlimited bandwidth (per month)
  4. Unlimited support

This can be from setting up a new laptop, sorting out an email account to a major security issue on your website or system.

Our support works in the following way.

  1. You fill in a ticket on our support system giving details of the issue.
  2. We will assign the issue to a member of the tech support team.
  3. The assigned tech support member will review the issue and will either give advice or ask further details via the ticket system.
  4. Once we have the information needed we will work on fixing the problem.
  5. The assigned support person will keep going until the issue is fixed.

If needs be the assigned person will call in expert help from other support team members who have specialist knowledge to take over the ticket.

At this point the top level support may continue with the support ticket, they may call you by telephone or skype.

They may arrange a site visit or may ask your permission to complete a remote session where they will securely dial into your system to fix the issue.

Cost:

  • £100 per year for basic sites
  • £250 per year for ecommerce stores
